RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews and researches accounts to resolve customer issues or problems. The position will also assist and support the area sales team. Assures good time management, organizational skills and communication skills with clients and management.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Higher degree preferred. At least 1 year experience in a business/customer service environment is required. At least 1 year of data entry experience is also required. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or Workers Compensation strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, phone manners and customer service skills are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with such programs as Word and Excel as well as have experience with internet searches and a comfort level with other software programs. Ability to set priorities, be organized and work independently is essential.
